These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of InvestigateHub.com based in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, USA, Canada, Australia, Great Britain, or the Netherlands. The platform provides automated people research exclusively based on publicly accessible and licensed data sources.

§ 2 Scope of Services

InvestigateHub.com conducts people research in three phases:

Phase 1: Flash Scan (image analysis, movement profile, social media profiles)
Phase 2: Deep Crawling (social graph analysis, entity resolution)
Phase 3: Advanced OSINT (historical data, deep web, risk assessment)

The results are provided as structured reports (PDF, CSV, JSON).

§ 3 Usage Restrictions

Use is permitted exclusively for legal purposes (e.g., recruiting, due diligence, compliance checks).

Prohibited uses include:

Discrimination
Unauthorized surveillance
Violation of data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA)

The user ensures they have a legal basis for the research (e.g., consent or legitimate interest).

§ 4 Liability Disclaimer

InvestigateHub.com assumes no liability for:

Incorrect or incomplete data
Misuse of results by the user
Violations of local laws in the user's target country

Liability is limited to the contract value.

§ 5 Compensation and Payment

Prices and payment terms are specified in the individual contract or on the website.

In case of default, InvestigateHub.com reserves the right to block access.

§ 6 Term and Termination

Contracts can be terminated with 30 days' notice.

In case of violations of these Terms and Conditions, immediate termination is possible.

§ 7 Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the separate privacy policy.

InvestigateHub.com acts as a data processor if the user acts as the controller.

§ 8 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

Swiss law applies (for provider based in Switzerland).

The courts at the registered office of InvestigateHub.com have jurisdiction for disputes. Alternatively, an online dispute resolution platform (OS platform) according to EU Regulation 524/2013 is offered: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
